Juan (Panchi) Duarte, from Paraguay, will perform Sunday, June 6 at 5 p.m. during the Ibero-American Guitar Festival. The festival runs Friday, June 4, through Sunday, June 6, at the National Museum of the American Indian, and brings together outstanding guitarists and other plucked-string players from Spain, Portugal and Latin America for a series of concerts, discussions and master classes.
