Naskapi Innu man’s coat, ca. 1840. Labrador; Newfoundland and Labrador; Canada (inferred). Caribou hide/skin, paint, sinew. Sewn, painted. This object will be on view in mid-December 2015, part of a conservational change out of more nearly 50 objects in the exhibition, “Infinity of Nations.”
